A prime example of Si-Fu Julian's techniques can be seen through his relationship with restaurant group, Leon. As Director of Well-Being for the company, Julian has created and implemented an innovative well-being programme spanning all employees in the business. The programme includes holistic management training utilising the principles of Wing Tsun to reduce stress, improve decision making and enhance efficiency though a consideration of well-being at every touchpoint.

In 2018, Si-Fu Julian will be publishing a book called 'Winning not Fighting' with Leon Restaurant's CEO John Vincent. Here, they talk about applying the philosophy of Wing Tsun to the tenets of creating a successful business.
